These are an excellent pair of cast, Georgian, silver candlesticks complete with removable sconce nozzles to ease the cleaning of spent wax.
Made by the rarely encountered Huguenot silversmith Simon Jouet, these George II period candlesticks have a good, hefty weight and two clear sets of hallmarks to the undersides. The quality and condition is fabulous throughout and they are fine examples of their type.
