Dessert Spoon - King's Husk Pattern - London 1820 by Paul Storr - 17.7cm long; 49g - RA/7944b

This is a lovely quality silver dessert spoon by Paul Storr in the highly cherished King's Husk pattern.

Based on the shape of the King's family of flatware patterns, King's Husk successfully treads a careful balance of design; neither too fussy nor too plain. The reverse terminal of this Georgian spoon features a crest which is worn from 200-years of use, however the remainder of this spoon is in fine condition with a good, thick rim to the bowl. The London hallmarks for 1820 are located to the reverse side and include a clear example of the "PS" maker's mark.
