Sorry, this item is out of stock.

Silver from the Scottish lady maker Elizabeth Kirkwood is scarce, however this caddy spoon, made during the war years, is exquisite.

The handle features a Celtic motif and a turned over terminal. In traditional arts & crafts style, the spoon has an all over planished appearance and is in excellent condition.

Elizabeth Henry Kirkwood (1882-1967) was given the unusual middle name for a girl after her father. She was a lithographer, designer and printmaker before taking over her family's Edinburgh-based badge and jewellery making company R&HB Kirkwood in 1915.
