Elizabeth Peers Silver Caddy Spoon, 2009

This is a very unusual modern silver caddy spoon made by Elizabeth Peers.

Made in 2009, the spoon has a good heavy weight with its impressive, sculptural handle and a plain, oval bowl with matt finish. The spoon is in excellent condition.

Elizabeth Peers is a Bristol-based silversmith specialising in hand-making feminine human forms with its folds, curves, undulations, textures and markings in silver. This spoon is from her "slump" series.
