Caddy Spoon - Stone-set - London 1927 by Omar Ramsden - 8.5cm long; 40g - DK/5856

This is a fabulous silver caddy spoon made by the great Omar Ramsden.

The handle of the spoon is in the form of a large flower-head with a central lilac-coloured chalcedony stone. The deep fig-shaped bowl retains the original planishing marks that are symptomatic of hand-made arts and crafts silverware.

This superbly made, high quality spoon has a good weighty feel in the hand and is in excellent condition with clear London hallmarks.
