Silver Caddy Spoon by Omar Ramsden, 1925

This is a fabuous quality silver caddy spoon made by Omar Ramsden and is in superb condition.

The spoon has a good chunky feel in the hand and is expertly hand-made. The cast, reeded "Onslow" style handle has been hand-chased to give a wonderful organic feel - especially to the reverse side. The deep, planished bowl has a rattail to the underside and is stamped with a clear set of London hallmarks and the sought after "OR" maker's mark.

This silver tea caddy spoon is typical of the very high quality expected from the Ramsden workshop.
