Dishes (pair) - Rectangular with Buttress Legs - London 1932 by Omar Ramsden - 9.7cm x 6.8cm; 201g combined weight - PQ/3745

With typical Omar Ramsden flair, this pair of silver dishes have a beautiful weight and symmetry to them and a lovely feeling of quality in the hand.

They are oblong in form and each stands on four organic buttress legs with intertwining scrolling panels along the top edges. Both bear the OMAR RAMSDEN ME FECIT" inscription to the undersides and a full set of London hallmarks to the side.

Versatile in their use, these arts & crafts dishes could be either desk or dressing table tidies or even as salt pots for the dining table. They are in excellent condition.
