Salt Spoons (pair) - Gilt; Naturalistic - London 1819 by Joseph Craddock & William Ker Reid - 11cm long; 36g combined weight - TQ/2287b

This is a fabulous pair of George III period silver-gilt salt spoons in the Naturalistic style.

These high quality salt spoons are gilt all over with gold being inert to the corrosive effects of salt. The spoons have been cast and are well made with textured ladle-shaped bowls. They were made in London by the partnership of Joseph Craddock and William Ker Reid and no doubt once graced a magnificent pair of salt cellars.

They are in excellent condition throughout.
