This large, antique silver table spoon was made in the Channel Islands by the Jersey silversmith Jacques Quesnel.
At over 9" long, this is a good sized serving spoon and together with its broad and beautifully decorated handle and the generously sized bowl complete with original thick tip, make this spoon an impressive sight. The front terminal bears an original script "GN" monogram and the reverse side is clearly struck "JQ" for the maker.
This superb quality spoon remains in fine condition throughout.
