Table Spoons (pair) - Old English Bright-cut Engraved - Jersey circa 1790 by Jacques Quesnel - 21.2cm long; 77g combined weight - BN/5094

These are an excellent pair of Georgian silver table spoons made in Jersey by Jacques Quesnell.

The spoons are beautifully decorated with bright-cut engraving and retain original L.A.P ownership initials to the front terminals. The spoons were made by Jacques Quesnell who was working in Jersey for forty years between 1781 and 1821 and bear clear stamps of his "JQ" maker's mark.

The condition is superb; thick bowl tips, crisp decoration, clear marks and beautiful patina.
