This elegant Georgian silver wine goblet stands on a square pedestal foot and has a lovely gilt interior. It has a good capacity of 400ml and benefits from having no personalised engravings. Made by Solomon Hougham, one of the top silversmiths of the final years of the 18th century, this cup has a nice feeling of quality in the hand and is in excellent condition. The hallmarks are all located under the foot.
