Mustard Spoon - Coburg Pattern - London 1854 by W R Smily - 15.5cm long; 39g - YW/6000a

What a fabulous silver mustard spoon. Measuring over 6" in length and decorated in Coburg, one of the most celebrated flatware patterns, this imposing silver mustard spoon is truly fabulous.

This Victorian spoon was made in London by the specialist spoon and fork manufacturer WR Smily. The decoration remains crisp throughout with no personalised engravings and the condition is excellent.

Coburg pattern was designed by the famous Paul Storr during the Regency period for the Royal Goldsmiths Rundell, Bridge & Rundell. It is probably the most opulent of all patterns and just oozes high quality.
