This stylish sterling silver serving dish was made by Georg Jensen and is ideal for serving nuts and nibbles amongst other uses.
The circular dish has a single side-handle that is decorated with an Art Deco stepped down appearance, as per Jensen's famous Pyramid Pattern and stands on a collet foot. This lovely-looking dish remains in excellent polished condition.
There is a plethora of markings to the underside that include: "DENMARK" and "STERLING" marks, the Georg Jensen "GJ" workshop mark indicating the 1933-44 period, the designer's initials "HN" for Harald Nielsen, the item catalogue number "600A" and a full set of English import hallmarks for London 1933 with the maker's initials "G.JLd".
