Trefid Spoon, 1705

This is a great example of a trefid spoon with a plain rattail. The spoon is in in fine order throughout and has an excellent set of Britannia Standard hallmarks with a clear date letter and maker's mark. The spoon bears original block engraved baptismal initials to the reverse terminal "MC" and has a nicely shaped trefid terminal.
