This is a very attractive George III period silver-gilt vinaigrette. It has a cast, floral border to the cover and is centred by a raised flower motif. The underside is engraved with a flower and theme continues when opening the box as the hinge grille has a pierced and engraved floral display. The box is in lovely condition throughout.
