This is an outstanding silver 12.5" long basting spoon that just oozes the highest quality. It bears a clear example of the much cherished "PS" maker's mark for Paul Storr, the finest of all 19th century English silversmiths. This Fiddle & Thread pattern spoon is in the French style with a turned down handle and it has original engraved script initials to the front terminal. This is a truly superb basting spoon (aka stuffing or gravy spoon) and is a fabulous example of Paul Storr work.
