Sorry, this item is out of stock.

This is the first time we have encountered the full name mark of the Limerick silversmith William Fitzgerald and as far we can see it is not featured in any text book either. To lend weight to the attribution, the mark is accompanied by two faint examples of the fleur-de-lys mark often encountered on Limerick silver.

This extremely rare Limerick silver teaspoon is in the fiddle pattern and bears an original engraved "B" in script to the front terminal. The spoon is in great condition with the marker's mark being c`learly and crisply stamped.
