Heavy Georgian silver Marrow Scoop, 1728

Sold
Marrow Scoop - Double-ended - London 1728 by Hugh Arnett & Edward Pocock - 21cm long; 53g - SY/6047
This is a good chunky Georgian silver marrow scoop with a nice weight. In typical two sized scoop form, it was made in the first full year of George II's reign by the top partnership of Arnett & Pocock (partly rubbed, but clearly the A/HE/P maker's mark). This marrow scoop is in fine condition throughout.
