This is a lovely delicate silver spoon made by the lady silversmith Winifred King.
The spoon dates from the 1950's which is quite a rarity in itself as high taxes on luxury goods precluded their affordability. This spoon is cleverly made with two leaves applied to the wirework frame of the handle. The London hallmarks include the WEK mark for Winifred King and the spoon remains in excellent condition.
