Sugar Box - London 1738 by James Delas - 140mm high; 90mm max. diameter; 403 grams - Ref. No.: DO/1877

Sorry, this item is out of stock.

This is a really fine quality George II silver sugar box amd the condition throughout is excellent. The side of the bowl is engraved with a complex cipher. The bowl is fully marked to the underside and the cover is unmarked. This Georgian silver sugar box has a really heft weight in the hand and just oozes high quality. A lovely piece of unadulterated plain Georgian silver.

Please click the photo below to see a tea caddy that bears the matching cipher and was bought with this item.
