This is a lovely Georgian silver sugar sifter spoon made by the premier spoonmaking partnership of the late George III period - William Eley & William Fearn.
The bowl is beautifully pierced with crosslets, roundels and scrolls and the old English pattern handle is superbly engraved with a complex cipher. This is an excellent sifter spoon in fine antique condition.
