'George Washington' Caddy Spoon

George Washington was the first President of the USA (1789-1797) and his portrait is depicted in profile on this silver caddy spoon. Made by Thomas Bradbury and Sons, who were known for their faithful reproduction of antique silver, this is a rare caddy spoon and the first we have encountered. It is in excellent condition.
