George III Silver Tumbler Cup, 1769
£495.00
Tumbler Cup - London 1769 by Thomas Wallis - 4.5cm high; 6.2cm diameter; 100ml volume; 77g - GV/6159
This is a good quality Georgian silver tumbler cup made in London by Thomas Wallis.
The cup rocks in typical style on its rounded base and is engraved to the side with an original crest (worn). Ideal for a spirit shot or tot of whisky, this tumbler cup is in fine condition, although there is some scratching/pitting to the interior from use. The hallmarks are located to the underside and remain in good legible condition.
This is one of a selection of silver tumbler cups that we are currently offering. The final two photos shows all four examples so that you can see the size difference; this one being on the second from right.
