This is a fine quality George III period silver sugar sifter spoon made by the top spoonmaking partnership of Smith & Fearn.
The spoon has an Old English pattern handle with an engraved crest depicting a lion holding a sword and the bowl is attractively pierced with crosslets. This is good-looking Georgian spoon in fine condition.
