This is a superb George III silver table spoon in fantastic all round condition with crisp bright-cut engraved edge to the handle and just look at the thick bowl tip.

The front terminal is engraved with an original crest depicting a pair of crossed halberds emanating from a ducal coronet. Made by the premier spoonmaking partnership of Sumner and Crossley, this silver table spoon is bottom-struck with London hallmarks and includes the WS/RC maker's mark. 

A fine example of its type!
