This is a fine example of a Channel Islands silver table spoon made in Jersey by George Hamon around the turn of the 18th/19th centuries.
This Old English pattern spoon is in excellent antique condition with a thick bowl tip and has an original "W" initial engraved to the terminal. The reverse side is clearly stamped with the crowned "GH" mark of George Hamon.
