This very rare Georgian silver sauce label bears the title "CARRACHIO" to the front. The kidney-shaped label has a slightly worn feather-edge border and hangs from a belcher chain. it bears the "IP" maker's mark for James Phipps and dates from circa 1780. We have been unable to trace a sauce with this name - a rare and possibly unique label.
