Fashioned as the Prince of Wales's feathers, this Georgian silver wine label was made in the workshop of the famous Bateman family and bears the scarce name CURRANT.
The label is in fine condition and bears appropriate London hallmarks to the reverse side that include the PB/WB maker's mark for the partnership of Peter Bateman and his nephew William.
