Caddy Spoon - Bright Cut with Scallop Bowl - London 1791 by Peter & Ann Bateman - 8.3cm long; 8g - YT/9285

Sorry, this item is out of stock.

This is a fabulous example of silver caddy spoon from the famous Bateman workshop and has the trademark scallop-shaped bowl that was first introduced by Hester Bateman in the early 1780's.

This Georgian tea caddy spoon is prettily decorated with crisp, bright-cut engraving to the handle and bears an original script engraved initial "W" to the terminal. It is in excellent condition with a clear set of hallmarks.
