Fish Slice - Fiddle Pattern - Aberdeen circa 1820 by George Booth - 27.5cm long; 139g - VB/5525

This is a scarce and good quality Scottish silver fish slice with Aberdeen marks.

Engraved with a script letter "B" to the terminal, this fiddle pattern fish server has teardrop piercing to the blade and a nice hefty feel in the hand. The reverse side is stamped with the "GB" mark of George Booth and ABDN marks for the town. Excellent condition with an original patina throughout.
