This tall Victorian ewer is beautifully chased with a floral design in typical mid-Victorian taste. It stands on a pedestal foot and has three unengraved panels around the mid-section. The hinged cover is fitted with an urn-shaped finial and the base rim is engraved with the name address of the original London retailer - "Smith Nicholson Duke St, Inn Field". This elegant jug or pitcher remains in fine condition throughout.
