A stunning silver card case by the master box maker. This Victorian card case has a superb openwork design of floral scrolls with vine and grapes, thistles and other flowers around a central cartouche. The cartouche is engraved to both sides: "Elizabeth Hannah" to one side and "1840" to the other. The case also has a carrying chain with finger ring. Excellent quality and condition throughout.
