This is a scare antique example of a mid-Victorian silver tea infuser made in London by John Keith.
It is a large tea infuser that is attractively pierced with roundels, teardrops and scrolls. There is a hinge to the centre and a firm clasp that requires pushing-in to open. The infuser hangs from a chain with retainer ring and is in fine condition throughout.
