Caddy Spoon - Scalloped bowl and FIddle Handle - London 1815 by Thomas James - 11cm long; 17g - BN/5047

This is a fabulous Georgian silver caddy spoon made by the premier silversmith Thomas James.

This handsome spoon portrays the features one would expect from a Thomas James caddy spoon - egg-shaped bowl with scalloped edge and fishtail shoulders to the fiddle pattern handle. The spoon has a lovely all over engraving that takes it to a different level. This Regency period spoon remains in excellent condition with clear London hallmarks.
