Thi is a Victorian silver catheter made by George Carsberg.
Made for female use, this catheter has a sliding inner tube and is full hallmarked to the finger grip. It is in excellent condition.
George Carsberg was a London-based specialist surgical silver instrument maker setting up in 1848 and continuing in business until circa 1955 when as G. Carsberg & Co. Ltd they were taken over by Eschmann Brothers & Walsh Ltd.
