Grape Scissors - King's Pattern; Gilt - London 1817 by William Eley & William Fearn - 17cm long; 102g - KV/6084

Sorry, this item is out of stock.

Made by the important partnership of Eley & Fearn, this superb pair of Georgian silver grape shears retain their all-over gilding that give them a feeling of very high quality.

The handles of these grape scissors are decorated in the King's pattern with the bonus of no personalised engravings. The central steel pivot remains in place to allow the cutting of individual grapes from their stems.

As typical with grape shears made by Eley & Fearn, the London hallmarks are spread either side of the central section. They are in excellent condition with the gilding giving a lovely mellow feel.
