Thomas Robinson was a Gateshead retailer and his mark, entered at the Newcastle Assay Office, is rarely encountered - this silver caddy spoon bear a great example of his "TR" maker's mark.
The fiddle pattern handle is engraved with an excellent crest featuring a goat's head and has a fluted bowl. It is in fine condition throughout.
