Dish - Round with Raised Motifs & Buttress Legs - London 1913 by Ramsden & Carr - 13.8cm wide; 4.2cm high; 130g - LH/4799
This is a great example of an Arts & Crafts silver dish or bowl made by the partnership of Omar Ramsden and Alwyn Carr. The round bowl retains its original planishing marks from hand-raising and has alternate fleur-de-lys and Tudor rose motifs around the top rim. It stands on three expertly made buttress legs and is engraved with "Omar Ramsden and Alwyn Carr me fecerunt" around the base. The condition is excellent throughout.
