R E Stone Tudor Rose Silver Caddy Spoon, 1960

This is a lovely looking and high quality silver caddy spoon made by RE Stone. It features a flower tendril handle with Tudor rose to the terminal and a rattail to the underside of the bowl. The spoon is in excellent condition with a clear set of London hallmarks and Stone's facsimile signature.

Robert Edgar Stone was a prominent silversmith working from his Garrick Street workshop in London during the 1930's to early 1960's and from his Scottish home until 1980. His work was always hand-crafted and of the highest quality and so making it highly prized today.
