Sorry, this item is out of stock.

These are an outstanding pair of 12" long Scottish provincial basting spoons (aka stuffing or gravy spoons). They have everything going for them - superb quality, excellent condition and clear, deeply struck marks. Both spoons are struck 4 times and include the "pot of lilies" mark for Dundee and the "WS" makers mark for William Scott struck twice and the letter "M". The spoons have a lovely weight and balance and have very bold heels to the reverse of the bowl. They benefit from having neither engravings nor erasures and just look at the thick bowl tips. A wonderful pair!
