Sauce Tureens (pair) - Boat-shaped on pedestal foot - London 1802 by John Emes - 24.3cm long; 16cm high; 380ml volume; 1045g - EL/6251

Sorry, this item is out of stock.

These are a very fine and attractive pair of Georgian silver sauce tureens complete with their original covers. Each stands on an elegant pedestal foot with reeded mount, the latter is repeated around the top rim, side handles and loop handles to covers. All four components bear the same interesting engraved crest of a man with horn and the motto "Free For A Blast". These are a very fine pair of tureens that are in excellent original condition.

We can supply an appropriate pair of sauce ladles on request.
