An early pair of Old English pattern silver basting spoons in excellent polished condition. This 11.5" long pair of pair of serving spoons were made by one of the premier specialist spoon makers of the late 18th century. They retain their original thick bowl tips and have a lovely balanced feel in the hand. Also known as stuffing or gravy spoons, they are a fantastic pair with clear Georgian hallmarks.
