These are a truly delightful pair of novelty, Edwardian silver salt pots complete with original spoons.

Modelled as castles, each corner of these square salt pots has a turreted tower and probably the most charming feature is the two salt spoons which are formed as the keys to the castle. Made by the premier London retailers, Carrington & Company, these antique silver salt cellars have a good, chunky feel in the hand and the central dishes are removable to allow for easy cleaning.

They have survived remarkably well with nothing negative to report and all component parts appropriately hallmarked. A fantastic pair!
