This early 19th century Scottish silver wine label bears the very rare title NOYAU.
The label is a plain rectangle in form and is stamped to the reverse side with partly struck Edinburgh hallmarks and the maker's mark D&M for the partnership of Dick and MacPherson. This bottle ticket is in fine condition.
Noyau is a French brandy-based liqueur made at Poissy and flavoured with almonds and the pits of apricots.
