This is a great example of a very rare Limerick-made Irish sterling silver table spoon.

Made by William Fitzgerald around the turn of the 18th to 19th century, this good quality table spoon is stamped to the shank with "WFG" twice. The form of the spoon is typically Irish with the Celtic Point to the handle. The front terminal is engraved with a script "H" and the condition is excellent with a thick bowl tip.
