This fabulous silver bowl was made by Mappin & Webb and is large enough to be used as either a punch or rose bowl. It has a tremendous weight and just radiates the very highest quality.
The circular bowl is formed as a lotus flower with eight pointed lobes and a similarly shaped pedestal foot. The bowl was made at the height of the Art Deco period and has the elegant, streamlined appearance that was the height of fashion during the thirties. The bowl remains free from engravings and is in fabulous, polished condition.
