This is a top quality Irish silver basting spoon in the fiddle pattern and made by the premier Dublin silver retailer of the early 19th century - Samuel Neville.
This 12" long spoon is also known as a stuffing spoon or gravy spoon, but basically a long-handled serving spoon.
