Sauce Ladles (pair) - Fiddle with Rattail pattern - Dublin 1832 by Charles Cummins - 18cm long; 110g - HC/4877

This is a good quality pair of Dublin-made silver sauce ladles made in the distinctively Irish fiddle pattern with rattail.

The two serving spoons have a satisfying feel in the hand and benefit from having no personalised engravings. The rattail extension to the reverse of the bowls is unique to fiddle pattern items made in Ireland and this pair make a fine example. This pair of silver sauce ladles were made by Charles Cummins and remain in fine condition.
