Stag Hunt Irish Dish Ring

This is an outstanding quality, large Irish dish ring in the 18th century style. This convex dish ring is beautifully embossed with deer and a chasing dog. these figures are set amidst a profusion of embossed and pierced flowers and scrolls. There is a blank cartouche with scroll surround. This is one of the finest dish rings we have encountered, in addition to the quality of the decoration, the ring has a good hefty weight and is in superb condition.
