Iona Caddy Spoon by Alexander Ritchie

This is a fine example of a Celtic inspired silver caddy spoon made by the highly sought after Alexander Ritchie. Ritchie was based on the Scottish island of Iona and his work is characterised by Celtic knots and artwork. This most attractive spoon is in excellent condition and bears full Glasgow hallmarks to the reverse side together with the design registration number (Rd 643267), incuse "AR" makers mark and the "IONA" stamp.
